  • What is the standard contract length and are there any exceptions?

    Our standard tenancy agreements typically run for 48 to 52 weeks, aligning with the UK academic year. This ensures you have accommodation from the start of term through to summer. Shorter stays may occasionally be available due to cancellations or mid-year availability. Please contact our team to discuss current options.

  • What security measures are in place?

     Secured by Design accredited, with secure fob entry and “talk and listen” CCTV throughout the building. A 24-hour emergency line is also available for immediate support.

  • Is there on-site parking?

    Please speak with staff upon check in

  • Are utility bills included?

    Yes, all utility bills are included in your rent, along with high-speed WiFi. The only additional costs are your TV licence and laundry.

  • What is your policy on overnight guests?

    Guests may stay for up to two nights per week. Please ensure they follow building guidelines and respect other residents.

  • How does the guarantor process work for UK and international students?

    If you choose to pay your rent in more than two instalments, a guarantor is required. This is someone who agrees to cover the rent if needed. We accept both UK and international guarantors, making the process more accessible for all students.

  • What is included in the rooms?

    Rooms are fully furnished with a double bed, storage, wardrobe and study space. Kitchens include a 4-ring induction hob, oven and fridge with icebox. Studios also include a 43-inch Smart TV. You will need to bring your own bedding and kitchen utensils.
